Worse episodes? Not for me. It depends on what offends you, I suppose. Lost has been dull, contrived, repetitive, etc. It has committed many offenses that I’m happy to forgive. This is the first time there’s been a character I just don’t buy, a performance from some bad sci-fi B movie, and a just plain bad actress.

It’s a class of badness heretofore untouched. There have possibly been worse episodes, but none bad in this specific way. For me, that’s troubling.

Well I didn’t think it was that bad. Even Lost has had much worse episodes than this one. It was just clumsy.

In my worst fears about the show getting bad, I never dreamed it could get this bad.

Grande Dame Expositia and her melodramatic acting made my jaw drop. It was a whole category of badness I thought we were safe from.

I’m with you; only the people on the island matter to me any more. I really don’t understand anyone else’s motivation at all, and in the slight moments when they explain it, I find it ludicrous.

I’m in till the end, but this doesn’t bode well.
