I was really disappointed by the second half of Season 3. My favorite is Season 2. I really enjoyed the Season 4 opener. Baltar's storyline was great.

Yeah, season 3 has a great opening, and I think that the episode that ends the New Caprica story arc may be the best episode of the entire series. But then it really stumbles. In fact, apart from one episode where everybody's boxing each other, I can't remember a thing about season 3 until the trial starts. (I'm trying not to spoil anything).

Oh yeah, and if anybody mentions the Eye of Jupiter, then pay attention, otherwise you can pretty much ignore the episode.

Susan and I are currently making our way through the 3rd season on DVD. After being complete fans of the previous seasons, we're feeling pretty let down. The last two episodes have felt like ER and Love Boat plots translated into the Battlestar Galactica universe. :(

If the last part of the 3rd season or the 4th season gets better please let us know. We'll probably still watch all the episodes no matter what, but at least we'll know we have something to look forward to. We're relying on you Chuck! :)
