I thought I was a big fan of those Final Fantasy remakes until I got my fourth or fifth one for the DS and realized I can't tell any of the games apart from each other. That and I'd never played a Pokemon game before. However, I ended up playing the sh*t out of Final Fantasy III and so never even broke this one out of the box. I still plan on getting into it though. Unless that just-announced Final Fantasy IV remake comes out soon. I'm just a sucker for remakes of 15 year old games that I can play on a handheld.
