I tried Comcast when I first moved to this place, and then again a while later when I first got a TV that can handle HD. Both times, they made me give them all my information and then said they would call me back to set up an appointment to install the service. Both times, they never called back. I figured if they're that rude during the "I'm trying to give you my money" phase of the deal, what would happen when I tried to get service?

So, just curious as to why you're still even dealing with DirectTV at this point? Are you locked into a contract? Since Comcast and TiVo have the HD thing going on now, wouldn't it be worth it to switch? (Not that Comcast is any better, I'm sure, but it just seems worth it to go the TiVo route...)
